Lake Berval has an area of 27 hectares with a maximum depth of 11 m which is home to two species of trout: speckled and rainbow. Speckled trout catches vary from 9 to 14 inches and they are most active when the temperatures are cooler. As for the rainbow, it is more aggressive and withstands the summer heat better. Being open year round you can enjoy fishing even late in the fall. Little known fall fishing is excellent and very similar to the success of the spring fishing. Surface or fly fishing should be favored.
