An easily accessible outfitter
Open year-round, Pourvoirie du Lac Berval welcomes both day visitors and overnight guests. We offer brook trout and rainbow trout fishing during the summer season, as well as ice fishing in winter, all in a peaceful natural setting that is easy to reach.
About our team
Since 2005, Marc-André, a fishing enthusiast and farmer in Montérégie, has been leading the outfitter with a clear vision: to make the outfitter experience accessible to all while offering exceptional comfort. Although his farming duties prevent him from being present all the time, especially in summer, Marc-André has surrounded himself with a dedicated team.
Claudia oversees administration, accounting and communications, while Sonia handles reservations and customer service. On-site, our team makes sure guests are well welcomed and that their stays run smoothly.
Fishing at Lake Berval
Lake Berval covers approximately 27 hectares and reaches a maximum depth of about 11 metres. The lake is stocked regularly with brook trout and rainbow trout, offering fishing opportunities throughout the season.
Most of our packages include the use of boats with electric motors, and all necessary equipment can be rented on-site.
A fully equipped fish-cleaning station is available at the main dock to prepare your catch.
Fall at Lake Berval
In the fall, fishing conditions become similar to those of spring and can be favourable for surface fishing or fly fishing. It is also an ideal time to enjoy the beautiful fall colours surrounding the lake.
Accommodations: 9 cabins surrounded by nature
Pourvoirie du Lac Berval offers 9 cabins of different sizes, suitable for couples, families and groups. Our largest cabin, Le Rassembleur, can accommodate up to 16 guests, while others offer a more intimate setting or a more secluded location surrounded by nature.
Each cabin is fully equipped to help you enjoy your stay, with a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Depending on the cabin, you may also find a wood-burning fireplace and either a charcoal or propane BBQ.
Winter at the outfitter
In winter, enjoy a day of ice fishing, explore our trails on snowshoes and end the day warm and comfortable in one of our cabins. It is a great way to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the beauty of winter.
A multitude of activities for everyone
Beyond fishing, enjoy the lake and the outdoors with our kayaks, pedal boats and stand-up paddleboards. Outdoor enthusiasts can also discover nearby trails and the many activities available in the Mont-Tremblant area, in both summer and winter.
